today, guys and gals out dere hu c dis, i hope u wld, after dis, do not join gym as a CCA. as a normal training day, we did some stretches such as splittg our legs to a 90'd angle and bend down to d floor. den we started our traing by doin run-off-backflip. yea, it may seem cool but its DAMN FUKIN HARD. at first, i almost, according to my coach, "commited suicide", by landing on my neck. after dat, we did our floor routine consisting of handspring(handstand, then flip over), handstand-foward-roll, 2 legs-handstand turn, landing split legs, den stretch a bit den do a press-up, after dat we did headspring(headstand then flip over), 2 cartwheels, a scale, and run-off-backflip-backflip(did not do, cos no guts and xperience). dats abt one section, one down four more to go, then we did the pommel(mushroom). we had 2 turn our holl body around the mushroom, if we could not go round once(like me and a few others), we wil get pinched on the shoulder muscle for failing to complete it. in the end, i was pinched and stil could not do it though. by then, it was about 5.30pm and we had a test d nxt day, so we could go bak early to revise. we had to do about 100 dips(push-ups on parellel bars, hands only) and 100 push-ups. it was a bit slacky for the PT cos we hd done b4 abt 300 dips and 500 push-ups. yea dats abt it, a slacky gym traing and now u shld noe dat wats gym like
